This policy is intended to describe the management methods of this website, pursuant to Regulation ( EU ) 2016/679 about the protection of personal data ( hereinafter “GDPR” or “Regulation” ), with reference to the processing of personal data of the users/visitors that consult it. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is reported in the sections of the text relating to the individual services offered, with the aim of defining limits and methods of data processing for each service, on the basis of which the visitor can, if requested under the law, freely express their consent and possibly authorize the collection of data and their subsequent use.

Website www.thermomat.com: Thermomat Srl is the Data Controller for personal data processed for technical purposes concerning the provision and operation of the website and to manage the requests of information received from the website.
Website www.everlifedesign.it, shop.everlifedesign.it, riservato.everlifedesign.it : Thermomat Saniline Srl is the Data Controller for personal data processed for technical purposes by the above mentioned websites, concerning the provision and operation of the website and to manage the requests of information received from the website; for the management of the account signed in; for the management of personal data of the users that place orders online and related to their purchase preferences.
For all the websites listed, both companies are joint controllers pursuant to art. 26 of the GDPR, as regards the processing of data carried out for marketing and promotional purposes, are jointly and severally liable for the phases of collection and subsequent use of personal data for marketing purposes and jointly determine how the data will be stored and who will be able to access the information collected from the site.
With regard to the management of the data presented on the website or collected through it, the company Thermomat Srl is appointed as data processor which, for common marketing purposes, is called upon to manage the registration, organization, storage, processing phases, selection, extraction of personal data of users, customers and potential customers.
Furthermore, personal data may be processed by third parties in charge of managing the services provided through the website and designated as data processors, detailed information on the names of external data processors may be provided to the interested party in exercising his rights as established from the GDPR.
Nature of the processed data and purposes of the processing
The personal data provided voluntarily by users who make use of the site’s features, that place purchase orders on the website, or forward messages for request of information, are used only to perform the service requested. To the page https://thermomat.com/newsletter-iscrizione/ it is possible to subscribe to the periodic newsletter sent to subscribers, with commercial and technical information, updated news about products and services, discounts, special sales, events and fairs. Registration is optional and requires the specific consent of the visitor, the personal data required for registration are name and surname, country and town, job title; these data have been evaluated according to the principles of relevance and necessity with the aim of being able to provide contents of the newsletter selected on the basis of the origin and profession of the subscribers.
Data will be kept for the period of validity of the user’s registration and will be deleted upon request for cancellation by the user.
Also on page https://riservato.everlifedesign.it/registrati/ (during the registration for the access to the reserved area ) it is possible to give separate consent to receive the periodic newsletter with commercial and technical information, updates on products and services, discounts and promotions, events and fairs: the data will be kept for the period of validity of the registration and will be deleted upon the request for cancellation by the member. The subscriber has the option of requesting cancellation from the newsletter maintaining registration on the website, as explained below.

Data for registering the account and for online purchases

On the website riservato.everlifedesign.it and the website www.download.thermomat.com the registration of the account is mandatory to access to the reserved area of the website from which it is possible to download contents that are not freely available: for the registration are required only common personal data defined in the art. 4 of the GDPR, no particular personal data are processed in any way as defined by art. 9 of the GDPR.
On the website shop.everlifedesign.it the creation of the account is optional to make orders on the website through the electronic commerce platform, while it is mandatory if you want to access to the reserved area where all user information are stored: name and personal data, addresses, orders, returns, credit notes, coupons, payment cards, favorites, alerts.
For the registration, only common personal data defined in art. 4 of the GDPR, particular personal data are not processed in any way as defined by art. 9 of the GDPR.
For the issuance of the sales document ( tax receipt or invoice ) and for the shipment, the tax code and postal address are required, for legal entities the company name and VAT number are also required.
Data provided will be used for the following activities:
· Register and administer the user’s account;
· Allow user access to the reserved area, manage preferences and shipping address;
· Where available, manage the electronic cart of the items the user wants to purchase;
· Where available, manage and track purchase or return orders, payments and shipments;
· Where available, manage methods of payment and record the details of the credit and debit cars.
The legal basis for the processing is founded, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter B of the GDPR, on the execution of contractual agreements with the interested party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party. The data will be stored in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, for the duration of the contract stipulated with the user, they will be canceled upon termination or withdrawal from the contract and the user will no longer be able to access their own reserved area.
Personal data relating to purchases, returns, payments, issuing of sales and transport documents, are kept for the time required by law for tax and accounting documents.
Account credentials recovery
In case of loss of the password, the e-mail address indicated in the account creation will be used to send a new temporary password that the user will have to change at the first access with another one of his choice.
Cancellation of the user account
Deleting your account can be done independently directly within your profile in the user’s reserved area. It is also possible to write a specific request to the generic email address present on the website in the contact page, specifying the request for cancellation of the account with removal pf personal data, the process of removing access to the reserved area will be completed within thirty days from the cancellation request.

In the pages of the website there are links to visit other third-party websites, the use of these features leads allows the user to interact with web services offered by third-party sites and involves the exchange of information with these websites, the visitor exits from our website to access to the third-party website, where the management of visitor information is carried out independently.

On the website there are links to visit the pages of our profiles on the various Social Networks such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Linkedin, Vimeo, Instagram, Pinterest, or to view videos or other multimedia content found in these Social profiles. The use of these buttons and features leads allows the user to interact with the web services offered by third-party websites and involves the exchange of information with such websites; the management of information and the methods for eliminating it is regulated by third parties. For example, when the link to our profile on the third – party website such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter or Linkedin is visited on the website, the browser or the app, as appropriate, will establish a directly link to the third-party website ( “Social Plug-in” ) and will then transmit the data directly to the third-party domain that deposits the cookie. Furthermore, if the user browses our website while logged in to his profile in the social network, he has already consented to the use of cookies conveyed through the social network and the collection and use of information obtained from third parties through the plugin are governed by the respective privacy policies of the social networks, to which please refer.

Methods of processing and storage
As part of the respective treatments of competence, the data are processed by Thermomat and Everlifedesign personnel authorized and trained for the management and maintenance of the website or for the execution of administrative and commercial and customer assistance activities, they can be communicated to third parties expressly appointed as Responsible for the processing of competence pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulation. The treatments take place with manual and computerized procedures, in compliance with the procedures set out in articles 6, 32 of the Regulation and through the adoption of adequate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration of data and unauthorized access to data. Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be transmitted
For the pursuit of the different processing purposes, the Data Controller may communicate, by transmission, the personal data of the interested parties to third parties in the categories listed below:

· Companies that perform banking services for the e-commerce platform and for the management of payments;
· Companies or professionals who provide services for the provision and management of the website and for the management of the Data Controller’s information system;
